Hello from our little town of Geneva, Ohio! We would like to thank you so very much for finding our website! We hope that we can assist you in getting your Toes some Sun, some Sand, and some Beautiful Lodging and Amenities in our Luxury Direct Beachfront Condo Units. Most rentals are January, February and March, though we do have a few weeks available April through December. As all are welcome, we especially love Snowbirds while we find rentals are difficult to find on the beach, and some just want friends and family to visit for a short time, the reason we prefer to rent weekly rather than monthly. Our Beachfront Rentals are located in both towns of Fort Myers Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida. So, now you know what we own/rent, yet, before I start assisting you, I would like to introduce you to me and my family.
We are Jerry and LuAnn Busch. Jerry and I met in 1975 and have been married since January 10, 1980. During this time, Jerry and I vacationed often in Florida, only to dream that one day we would offer vacation rentals of our own, which that dream has now been realized. So a bit about us. In 1983, the Lord gave us a beautiful daughter, Lyndsey. She married in 2010 to her fabulous husband, Tom. Then along came the Love of our Lives, our 4-grandchildren, Marcus, Makaila, LincMan and our BayBay.
Then, as we skip ahead, during our early years, 1990-2021, Jerry and I purchased, moved into, renovated, and opened our small Bed and Breakfast Historic Resort known as Eagle Cliff Inn located in Geneva on the Lake, Ohio.
To make things crazier in our lives, and during this time, we somehow decided to start up and run our Residential Homes and Workshop Agencies known as Clearwater Homes along with The Grape Escape, serving guys and gals with developmental disabilities. However, after 31-years, and to my dismay, as Jerry wanted thing to calm a bit in our lives, in February, 2021, we sold the Bed and Breakfast Resort. Jerry retired, so he was pretty much done with the 24/7 routine. However, I was not done, as I fell in love with our guests who became our family (and still are), thus, while I’m still pretty into communication with guests, I could not thoroughly walk away, so…..Enter Sunny Toes Beachfront Rentals!
